This tea blend has a long history in women's health, especially during pregnancy. The herbs are gentle, nutritious and simple enough for anyone to find. Try it both iced and hot! As always, check with your health care provider before drinking this tea during pregnancy.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Red Raspberry leaves, dried
- 1/2 cup Nettle leaves, dried
- 1/4 cup spearmint leaves, dried
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl
- Transfer the blend to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place, out of sunlight.
- To make tea, use 1 teaspoon tea blend to 1 cup boiling hot water. Steep 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength is reached.
