Uses:

Peppermint is an herb that is easy to grow. So easy in fact, that it often gets away from the gardener and becomes an invasive problem. Two ways to combat that is to plant in a container or a bottomless pot and set entire pot up the rim into the ground.

Peppermint is the flavoring of choice for toothpaste as it is an excellent breath freshener. When using peppermint tea as a breath freshener, increase the effectiveness by adding a pinch of anise, caraway or cinnamon. Menthol vapors are famous for relieving nasal, sinus and chest congestion. Your cold relief may be a simple cup of peppermint tea away.
