Do you suffer from PMS? Have you ever considered any herbal remedies to help with your symptoms? If so, you probably have heard about evening primrose. It is well known in Europe to help treat the symptoms of PMS with great success . Evening primrose has been used for many years by the Native Americans as a food source, by early settlers for lung issues, hemorrhoids and as a wash for rashes. It also continues to be recommended by herbalists, for women suffering from PMS discomforts, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. There is also some attention to evening primrose being able to alleviate symptoms of MS. On a garden design note, because evening primrose's blooms open at dusk or on a cloudy day, it is a lovely addition to the medicinal herb garden or a moon garden, to bring a pop of color to your landscape.
