This Italian herb blend is used most of my cooking. Mix it with olive oil and baste on grilled chicken, or add it to any tomato based dishes. Your favorite soups will appreciate a dose of this spicy, flavorful herb mix.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup dried marjoram, crumbled
- 1/4 cup dried oregano, crushed
- 1/4 cup dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/4 cup dried thyme leaves, crushed
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
