Chicken Salad With Apple and Herbs

This light and tasty salad is fantastic for sandwiches, and make a wonderful main dish when placed on top of a fresh summer salad.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12.5 can chicken breast, or the equivalent of cooked, leftover chicken
  • 3 Tbsp Mayo
  • 4-6 fresh basil leaves, julienned
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium green apple, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • onion powder if desired

Preparation:

Drain chicken breast In medium bowl, break chicken into even, bite sized pieces Add vegetables and seasonings Mix in mayonnaise Snip in fresh basil leaves and mix until evenly combined
