I found another site to receive free seeds for your gardening project. This is not only frugal, it is also a great way to jump start a gardening group, or introduce people to the joys of gardening! America The Beautiful, started their Operation Green Plant Program, back in 1980. Since then, it has given away 800 tons of seeds and 7 million flower bulbs. That is amazing!
