Now, I cannot believe no one has commented on this one. I seem to have guessed correctly on many (most) of the Mystery Herb posts, so I will wait to say.

By the way, the fruit of this makes a lovely jelly, I hear. Also high in Vitamin C and a good addition to tea. Of course, this is ONLY if my identification of the flower is correct.

Is this Jamaica (or Hibiscus)? I believe I’ve had it with iced tea before and it adds a lovely, deep crimson color to the drink! Never heard of a jelly before, but that certainly sounds interesting!
