Tarragon - A French Herb for All Cooks

Tarragon is one of those herbs that I always grow and yet, never seem to use. I pinch off the leaves as I am working in the garden and eat them, just like that. By the end of the season, I never have enough for drying.
Deliciously warm and spicy, tarragon works well with many light foods of summer. Try growing some this year and we can both share the recipes!
